We have doctrinal distinctives that set us apart from many other churches, but they are certainly not unique. The biblical doctrines we teach are shared by the majority of evangelical churches holding firmly to the fundamentals of the faith.

Certainly, our purpose and our people help to define who we are, but perhaps we are best defined by the values we display. Values drive virtually every area of ministry. Their impact is felt on a daily basis in the decisions that are made relative to the work of the church. Our values affect how we teach the Word of God, how we resolve conflicts in the church, how we solve the problems we inevitably face, and how we determine our goals for the future. The way our facilities are planned and cared for, how they are equipped, and how they are utilized is based on our ministry values. The impact extends to our finances, staff development, and ministry priorities, as well.
