What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, that it is inspired and inerrant, and that it is our only authoritative guide for faith and practice.

We believe in the Trinity: that there is one God existing in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ is God, that He was born of a virgin and lived a sinless life, that He died on the cross for our sins and was raised from the dead on the third day.

We believe that salvation is the free gift of God and is given by His grace apart from works or human effort. This gift is for all who possess personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that each Christian is to grow in spiritual maturity through obedience to the Word of God and the ministry of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

We believe that the church consists of all who truly believe on Jesus Christ and that the local church is called together to share the ordinances of baptism and communion and to unite in mission and purpose.

We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ. He is coming again.
