"The Connection" simply means making a connection with other women.  Our goal is to create a relaxing atmosphere for women to connect with other women.  Our hope is that you will meet a new friend as well as enjoy visiting with those you already know and don't get to visit with as much as you'd like to.  The plan is to follow the Awana schedule as far as meeting dates go.

Like many other things, sometimes it's easier to tell you what "The Connection"  is NOT to give you a better understanding of what it is.
  • It is NOT a Bible Study.  There will be NO homework and NO pressure.  We totally understand some of you have just got off  from work, maybe helped your kiddos with homework, gone over Awana homework... not to mention fixing dinner, and well... don't get me started... you get the picture!!  However, God's Word WILL be shared at "The Connection"!!
  • It is NOT for those already involved in another ministry or church function at New Castle on Wednesday evenings.  If you are already committed elsewhere, please honor your commitment.  (God will bless you as you serve.)
We feel like there are many women NOT already involved that need a comfortable, warm, inviting place to spend time with other women and hopefully learn, share, grow, and connect the dots of their lives together.

Wednesday evening was chosen since most of us are already out at the church dropping off our children at Awana or the Youth groups.  This would alleviate another night out away from home and family as well as save on gas and make great use of our time.  Come on out and join us and make a new friend as you sit by the fire and enjoy a fresh Word as well as a fresh cup of coffee.  Now that's a CONNECTION you want to make!!!

We hope to have a schedule made out each month as far as topics covered, skits, and presentations so you can attend the ones that pertain more to your season of life.
Soooo, come join us on Wednesday evenings and talk a LATTE, EXPRESSO yourself and have a GRANDE time!!
