Chad began attending New Castle in 2004 and became an elder in 2015. He has oversight of the Personnel Team and serves as the Elder Chairman.
Chad and Staci live in rural Eureka, and have 4 daughters - Tess, Darby (Hunter) Gladson, Sofie, and Sierra. He is the president of Leman Farms, Inc. - a farming operation specializing in crop and hog production.
