Tysin has served on the pastoral staff at New Castle since 2021. He grew up in Manhattan, Kansas. After receiving a degree in music education and music performance from Emporia State University, he attended the Expositors Seminary in Kansas City, KS and received a Master of Divinity degree in 2017. He served as the pastor of worship and administration at Flint Hills Bible Church in Emporia, KS for four years before moving to Morton, IL. Tysin has been married to Candace since 2014, and are parents to Abbott and Annabelle.
